Manik brush Guard for sale
      #121944 - 02/27/03 11:31 AM

Hey, anyone want a 1 month used manik brush guard and rear tail light guards? I decided I didnt like the look of the front brush guard after all. I'll take $450 for everything? The brush and tail light guards cost me just under $600 and they are almost brand new/ no scratches. You can see it in my sig pic or on my page.

I might be interested. What about the look don't you like? Also, is the brush guard 3 pc or 1 pc?

Damn I just ordered my Manik one piece on Monday and received it yesterday. Quick delivery. Could of saved myself a few bucks if I bought it from you for that price. BTW, anyone looking to put this on their 97, better be careful. The bolts that you need to removed are a real pain in the butt to remove. I would be very very careful. I busted one of the nuts by the foglights that will hold the stablizer bar and one bolt underneath. I had to bring it to a machine shop for them to drill it out, they ended up drilling the whole bolt on the bottom out and tapping it with a new one. I ended up paying an extra $90 for the machine shop to drill out two broken bolts. I guess 6 years in MN with all the salt and crap they throw on the roads corroded all those bolts. If you don't live in MN, that shouldn't be a problem. In the end, it was worth it, the grill looks sooo nice.

It's a 1 piece. Well I was going to go for a front end conversion on my pathy and the brush guard pretty much covers up the whole front. I was going to put in Different headlifhts front grille ect...

Yeah, mighty, I think I may be interested, i'll get back to you on that ASAP. The problem is that I'm kinda pressed for money at the moment, but I was looking and some kind of brush guard or center guard, and tail light guards, for the semi-near future, but i may have to do that before my other planned mods considering the great deal.) I think the only issue I have with the Manik one vs. the Waag one is the way that the top bars for the headlight-covering portions dip down towards the center in front of the grill, i'm getting used to it though =). I'll get back to you in short order.

Acutally the design of this brush guard look better than the others out there if you ask me. I look at all of them before I bought this one and it looked the best on teh vehicle.

Manik and Go-rhino are the best looking one. I got a manik because I got the chrome one for cheap. 1 piece chrome for 300$ brand new, retails for like 600-700$.
here's a pic.

Hey Mighty, sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet, but my Internet connection has been failing lately, and I've only been able to get on erratically, if at all. Anyways, I think I'm going to have to wait for now - I'm still not sure what kinds of mods i'm going to want in the future, ie, I may end up with a bull bar, and that would mean getting stiffer springs, and then there's the money (or lack of) issue. So, I'm sorry to have left you hanging. Thanks for the opportunity and for your patience.

No problem, I think I'll keep it for now, till I get the TJM front bumper or something more substantial [Smile]

I AM VERY INTERESTED IN YOUR BRUSH GUARD! Please let me know if you are still selling. I totaled my 2000 Pathfinder with that exact brush guard on it.. and my baby had 310k miles on it. Fast forward I bought another Pathfinder but one thing is missing.. the brush guard It just isn't the same! so PLEAS PLEASE PLEASE let me know if you are still selling it. THANKS!
